Great Beachside Location: Harbor House B5 is a charming, first-floor, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo located in a quiet, low-density complex just steps from the beautiful white-sand beaches of Gulf Shores. Easy First-Floor Access: Enjoy the convenience of a first-floor unit without having to climb multiple flights of stairs. Beach Access: The beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. Close to Local Attractions: Located approximately ¾ mile from The Hangout, you'll be close to popular restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and local attractions while enjoying a more relaxed beachfront atmosphere. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request, subject to availability and applicable fees. Parking: On-site parking is available. Please refer to your arrival instructions for parking details and any applicable requirements. Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter supply of essential toiletries and household items to get your vacation started. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay. House Rules: The primary renter must be at least 22 years old. Smoking, pets, parties, and events are not permitted, except assistance animals as required by applicable law and booking platform policies. Before You Leave: Please follow the checkout instructions provided in the condo to help ensure a smooth transition for incoming guests. If the unit requires extra cleaning, it costs $50/hr. 🚫 NO PETS ALLOWED 🚫 This is a strictly non-pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted on the premises. Bringing a pet onto the property will result in a $300 fee, plus any applicable cleaning or damage charges. Please be aware: Do not tamper with, disassemble, or alter any components of the thermostat or door sensors. These sensors are connected to the thermostat and play a crucial role in controlling the HVAC system. A $300 fine will be imposed if the sensors are removed or tampered with.
